Permission is granted to use MathArt for personal and commercial creation of digital art.
You own the copyright to the specific image files you generate and export using the platform. You are free to sell, print, or distribute these images without restriction.
The underlying code, design, and algorithms of MathArt remain the exclusive property of MathArt Systems.
By generating images on our platform, you grant MathArt a limited, non-exclusive license to store these images in our databases for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., retrieving your history, displaying public galleries).
3. Print Quality Disclaimer
It is your responsibility to verify the file resolution and aspect ratio before submitting it to a printing company.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any public visualizations that violate these standards without notice.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on MathArt are provided on an 'as is' basis. MathArt makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the service.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
