1. Data Collection

MathArt collects the minimal amount of data necessary to operate the service. When you sign in, we store your user ID and email address provided by our authentication provider (Clerk). We do not store passwords.

When you create art, we store the mathematical configurations (equations, colors, settings) and the generated preview images associated with your account.

2. Usage of Information

  • To provide and maintain the MathArt generation service.
  • To manage your account, saved designs, and purchase history.
  • To communicate with you about service updates or support requests.

3. Data Ownership & Gallery

Visualizations you mark as "Public" will be visible to all users in the Community Gallery. Your username may be displayed alongside these creations. You retain the rights to the images you generate, but by marking them public, you grant MathArt a license to display them on the platform.

Visualizations kept as "Private" (if applicable) are only accessible by you and system administrators for maintenance purposes.
